Review policy
Reviews are very helpful for us and for customers. Anyone may write a review, provided that the conditions described in this review policy are met.
Product reviews, which are customer reviews about purchased products, are collected by us on our website and are displayed with the relevant products after approval. Company reviews, which are reviews about customers’ experiences with our company, are collected for us by Kiyoh/Klantenvertellen.
Product reviews
Customers who have purchased a product from us may write a review about their own experience with the product. A product review will be assessed by us before publication in order to prevent fake reviews.
A product review:
- may only be written by the purchaser/recipient of the product
- may not be a response to other reviews
- may not contain personal data or other descriptions that can be traced back to an individual
- may not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- may not contain discriminatory, offensive, or abusive language
If a product review does not meet the above criteria, it will not be published. If it does meet these criteria, it will be published (even if it is a negative review).
If a product review is published, customers with an account will receive 100 PharmaPoints by default. If we ask a customer to test a product and write a review, this will always be stated in the relevant product review. Customers can receive a maximum of 500 PharmaPoints per month for writing product reviews.
Company reviews
Reviews from customers about their experience with our company are collected by Kiyoh/Klantenvertellen. Read more about the terms of use of Kiyoh/Klantenvertellen here.
If you post a review on a platform other than Kiyoh/Klantenvertellen, such as Trustpilot or Google, their (terms of) use will apply.
