Zitac
Zitac Vet is a symptomatic treatment fort he reduction of vomiting associated with chronic gastritis in dogs. Zitac contains cimetidine which acts to reduce acid secretion in the stomach. Once the vomiting has stopped, at least a further 2 weeks of treatment is recommended to prevent recurrence. One package contains 100 tablets.

My dog is receiving 3 x 1 1/4 Zitak tablet daily due to a cancer illness. The tablet is very easy to split, fits perfectly in the opening of the Tubi Dog liver sausage tube, and is thus very easy for me to feed.

My dog has been having vomiting problems for a very long time. He takes Zitac, and I must say I am happy with it. Before, I was getting it from the vet, which was much more expensive.
Effective medicine

Very good product for my westie who has had digestive issues for 3 years. It was the veterinarian who prescribed it to him at a dose of half in the morning and evening, and since then there has been less vomiting.
