You can view your orders in your account, under the heading ‘My Orders’.

In our online store, you can place an order as a guest. Creating an account is not required, but it does offer certain benefits.

What are the advantages of an account?

An account offers many advantages. You will find an overview of your previous orders. In addition, your data is stored, so you do not have to fill in your address again when you place a new order and the ordering process is completed faster. The points savings system is also linked to an account.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

At the top right of our web shop, you will find the login page. There it is possible to click on ‘forgot password’. Enter your email address and receive an email with which you can reset your password.

I want to change my contact details, how do I do this?

If you are logged into your account, you will find on your personal page your contact information and your default billing and delivery address. These are easy to change here. This way you do not have to change your data the next time you order, but they will remain stored.
