Iverdrop 10 ml
Iverdrop spot-on is a solution for birds (cage and ornamental birds, parakeets and pigeons) and can be used for the control of mites, trachea mites and air sac mites, parakeet scabies and chalk feet, as well as for the control of blood lice, shaft lice and feather lice.
Active substance
Iverdrop contains 0.12% ivermectin.
Dosage
Birds such as budgerigars: 1 drop per bird.
Larger birds: 2 drops per bird.
Apply one drop to a free strip between the bird's shoulders. When more than 1 drop needs to be dosed, apply the drops in different places on the skin, for example under the wings or on the rump.
Repeat the treatment after 4 weeks to prevent reinfection.
Disinfect food and water bowls, the water bath and the habitat at the same time.
Side effects
In rare cases, local skin irritation occurs.
In very rare cases: excess mucus production, diarrhoea, loss of coordination, muscle tremors and disorientation.
Do not use
Do not use in sick or weak animals and during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the box.
Storage
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Unused veterinary medicine or its residues should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
