What are the shipping costs of my order?

For shipments up to 2 kg:
The shipping costs are €5.95 including VAT for an order up to €29.99. Between € 30 and €58.99 it is €4.95. From €59 the shipping costs are €2.95.

When can I expect my order?

Deliveries through Europe vary but usually it is delivered within 10 working days.

Prescription medication

Did you order prescription medication? Please keep in mind that processing the prescription will take 1-2 business days. Shipping your order will therefore take a little longer.

How will my order be delivered?

Our orders are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. Many of our orders are shipped as letterbox packages. If this is the case, you do not need to be at home to receive the order. This will be indicated in the mail from the deliveryman.

Do I receive a Track&Trace of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace number via email. In the mail you will also find a link, so you can easily follow your order.

I haven't received my order (yet). What to do now?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

The track & trace data will be visible as soon as DHL or Deutsche Post has processed the first scan of your package. This way you can follow your order yourself and see what the status of your package is. It is possible that the track & trace data ends up in the 'unwanted e-mail' folder. It is therefore wise to check it first. If you really have not received an email, please contact our customer service.

If you have not received your order, you should report this to us within 6 weeks of placing your order. Reports that are made after 6 weeks are unfortunately not possible to handle.

What happens to my order if I do not collect it?

Sometimes it happens that we receive orders back with the reason that they have not been picked up at the pickup location. If we receive an order back that has not been picked up by you, we will contact you. In consultation with you will be decided what to do with the package.
