How do I place an order with Pharmacy4pets?
How nice of you to place an order with us, you are welcome in our web shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Ordering is easy by going through three steps:
Step 1: Shopping cart
Add the desired products to your cart. You do this on the product page, by filling in the desired quantity and then click on 'add to cart'. Here you can also fill in a discount code.
Step 2: Fill in personal details
After you have clicked on 'proceed to checkout' you will arrive at the order overview. Fill in your personal details under billing address. We need this information to process your order, it will not be used for other purposes. Then choose your desired shipping and payment and check your order.
Step 3: Checkout
Then you will be redirected to the payment page of your selected payment method and can pay and complete the order.
Thank you and goodbye
After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In the order confirmation, you will find an overview of the data you have entered and the products you have ordered. If you have entered something incorrectly, we recommend that you contact our customer service immediately. If the order has not been shipped yet, it can still be changed.
Can I also place my order by email?
It is not possible to place an order by phone or email. Placing an order online yourself prevents mistakes. If you need help with the ordering process, please contact our customer service.
Can I still change my order?
Yes, you can still change your order, but we cannot guarantee that this will happen on time. This should happen as soon as possible. Read your order confirmation which you receive by email, if the data is not correct please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, no more changes can be made.
Why do I receive a shopping cart reminder?
It is possible that you will receive a reminder email from us, stating that you still have products in your shopping cart and your order has not yet been completed. This way you can still complete your order. Have you already completed an order and received a confirmation? Then it is possible that you have received the reminder incorrectly. In that case, you can ignore the order. If you have any doubts, you can always contact our customer service
